Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by coordinating repair and replacement services, scheduling installations, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers and field technician in the Auto Glass Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include the following:
- Have knowledge of products, procedures, and equipment needed to complete each installation, with above average attention given to the required safety standards, being sure to seek assistance when necessary.
- Serve as the primary communication link between customers, installers, and department personnel to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
- Schedule installations and coordination assignment to maximize efficiency while maintain high customer service standards.
- Accurately quote prices, schedule work, answer overflow calls, order products as required or instructed by manager, and generate daily work orders for the installers.
- Complete all invoicing in a timely manner to ensure no delay in billing or receipt of funds from customers.
- Maintain customer accounts with discount schedules as determined by the sales and department manager.
- Keep accurate and organized inventory records.
- Understand and address customer needs; including but not limited to any concerns the customer may have regarding installation before it begins.
- Be professional at all times in both appearance and attitude.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Required to wear and use Personal Protective Equipment per Tri City Glass & Door and contractor policies.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills necessary.
- Experienced in customer service experience, a minimum of two years.
- Ability to work well in teams and independently.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Work, and Excel.
- Experience in construction, service scheduling, automotive, or glass industry preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
- Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods of time.
Work Environment
The work environment will be in an office/shop setting environment.
