Utility & WiFi Enrollment Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our field team as Utility & WiFi Enrollment Specialists. In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners and residents to review their utility bills and internet services, identify savings opportunities, and enroll them in eligible utility price-protection and WiFi programs.

What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
- Review gas, electric, and internet bills with customers
- Explain available utility price-protection and WiFi options
- Enroll qualified customers into approved programs
- Provide clear, honest information—no pressure tactics
- Maintain accurate enrollment documentation
- Represent the company professionally and respectfully
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural
- Must be able to pass required onboarding checks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
