We are looking for an experienced Nail Technician who is passionate about delivering consistently beautiful work while creating a calm, welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-quality gel manicures and pedicures with attention to detail and consistency
- Deliver a calm, warm, and professional client experience from start to finish
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalized service and professionalism
- Maintain exceptional sanitation and cleanliness standards at all times
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled appointments
- Maintain an organized, fully stocked, and clean workstation throughout the day
- Follow studio protocols for tool sanitation, station reset, and end-of-day cleaning
- Assist with shared studio responsibilities and contribute to a positive team environment
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with both clients and team members
- Participate in studio check-ins, team communication, and ongoing collaboration
- Share photos of work for studio social media and marketing purposes
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Active Massachusetts Nail Technician or Cosmetology License
- Professional experience performing gel manicures and structured gel and nail art
- Strong shaping, cuticle work, polish application, and sanitation practices
- Pedicures experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team
- A calm, polished, and client-focused presence
- Desire to grow within a luxury, relationship-driven studio environment
SCHEDULE & STUDIO EXPECTATIONS
This is a 1099 hourly position.
Shifts available:
- Saturdays 9AM-5PM with a 60-minute lunch break if you choose
- Weekday Evenings 6-9PM
We ask that team members arrive 15 minutes before their first appointment to be ready when client(s) arrive
Pay: $22.00 - $50.00 per hour
