We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face that helps customers find what they need, provides exceptional service, and supports the overall sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Must be available on Saturdays
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Provide detailed information about products
- Process transactions accurately using retail math skills, cash registers, and financial software
- Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at the end of shifts
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
- Address customer questions or concerns promptly, delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Knowledge of local hot spots and activities is a plus!
