What You Will Do (Clinical & Administrative)
In this dual-function role, you will be trained to manage both the clinical diagnostic process and the patient’s journey through our office:
- Clinical Diagnostics: Operate advanced medical equipment to perform retinal imaging, visual acuity testing, auto-refraction, and peripheral vision mapping.
- Patient Coordination: Manage the check-in/out process, answer phones, schedule appointments, and navigate medical/vision insurance information.
- Medical Records: Maintain precise documentation and coordinate communication between patients and our doctors.
- Cross-Training: Support various areas of the office to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required); some college preferred.
- Experience: Customer service, administrative, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Location: Ability to commute to Libertyville, IL 60048 (Required).
