Part-Time Production Assistant – Flexible NDSU/MSUM Student Schedule
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Production Assistant to join our team. This position offers flexible scheduling designed to work well with NDSU, MSUM, and other college schedules.
You will help produce custom garments while gaining experience in several areas of a growing business. Depending on your interests and our needs, you may also assist with customer service, special projects, and day-to-day work with the owners.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the production of custom garments
- Prepare, organize, and inspect products and materials
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with packaging and completing customer orders
- Provide customer service when needed
- Support the owners with projects and daily business operations
- Learn and assist in other areas of the company
Qualifications
- Dependable, responsible, and willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable working with your hands
- Friendly and professional when assisting customers
- Previous production or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
Student-Friendly Schedule
- Part-time with flexible hours
- Scheduling designed to work around college classes
- No weekends
- All shifts end by 6:00 p.m.
- More hours available during holidays, school breaks, and the summer
- Additional hours may be available during other busy periods
