Noble Protection Group, LLC, is seeking Security Officers to provide a visibly deterrent presence for clients in a retail environment.
Active unarmed security guard license holders are preferred.

- Qualifications:
- Unarmed security licenses are a plus!
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Great customer service and verbal deescalation skills
- Must possess a working smart phone and have the ability to use smart apps.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
Starting wage is $24 - $26 per hour. Pay is bi-weekly, via direct deposit.

- Provide a visibly deterrent presence to ensure safety.
- Manage conflict situations with effective communication skills.
- Collaborate with management as needed and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Uphold all security policies and procedures to protect staff and customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
