We're looking for a reliable Floor & Surface Cleaning Technician to service commercial customers throughout the Kansas City metro. If you enjoy hands-on work, don't want to be stuck behind a desk, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd love to meet you.
What We Offer

What You'll Do
- Drive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout the KC metro
- Clean and restore commercial floors and surfaces
- Operate floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, pressure washers, and other professional equipment
- Clean carpets, tile, concrete, sidewalks, dumpster pads, kitchens, patios, and other commercial areas
- Deliver high-quality service while maintaining equipment and representing the company professionally
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently after training
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform active work throughout the day
- Customer-focused and professional
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Active automobile insurance
- Smartphone with data plan
- Experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, construction cleanup, or related work is preferred but not required—we will train the right person.
Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Supervisory experience is a plus.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Early morning start (typically around 5:00 a.m.)
- 25–35 hours per week
- Occasional evening or weekend work based on customer needs
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
