Schedule: Sunday – Thursday11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Total Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer for a gated community in Leesburg, Virginia. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the gated community

Verify residents, guests, vendors, and visitor entry

Conduct routine patrols of the property

Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents

Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as needed

Provide professional and courteous customer service

Follow all post orders and company policies
Qualifications:

Must be reliable, professional, and punctual

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work overnight shifts

Security experience preferred

Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol as required

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
