Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Audiovisual and Livestream Coordinator to coordinate streaming of our Sunday worship services and special events. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of audiovisual setup, filming, editing, and broadcasting to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality visual content. Responsibilities
- Oversee the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment for live streams, recordings, and events
- Coordinate with event organizers and internal teams to plan audiovisual requirements and ensure smooth execution
- Manage both pre and post-production workflows including color correction, sound editing, graphics integration, and visual effects
- Monitor live streams in real-time to address technical issues promptly and ensure uninterrupted broadcasting
- Maintain an organized inventory of audiovisual equipment, cables, accessories, and media assets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video production, filming, editing, and post-production workflows
- Strong videography skills with experience in capturing high-quality footage in various settings
- Knowledge of live streaming platforms and equipment operation for seamless broadcasts
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly during live events or recordings
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
