Houston lighting manufacturer looking for office administrator for daily operations.
Duties
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Answer phone calls and customer service
- Process daily orders and shipping arrangement
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
