Lead Window Cleaning Technician / Field Manager — $40/hr + $150k+ OTE Potential
Blue Sky Window Washing is hiring an experienced lead tech who can run jobs, manage crews, and help grow the team.
This is a high-income opportunity for someone with real window cleaning or exterior home-service experience. You need to be comfortable on ladders, professional with homeowners, able to lead other techs, and have a reliable truck or work vehicle.

Top performers should have the ability to work toward $150,000+ OTE through hourly pay, team bonuses, referrals, add-on sales, upsells, tips, repeat work, and leadership growth.
Actual earnings depend on performance, availability, team results, customer demand, and ability to help grow the business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead residential window cleaning jobs
- Manage and support techs in the field
- Make sure jobs are completed safely, cleanly, and professionally
- Train newer techs on quality, safety, and customer service
- Communicate with homeowners
- Identify add-on service and referral opportunities
- Help the company build a strong, reliable field team
Requirements
- Truck or reliable work vehicle required
- 2+ years of window cleaning
- Ladder experience required
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to lead and manage other techs
- Strong customer communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and organized
- Own equipment is a plus
