Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Pond Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and aesthetic appeal of aquatic environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining ponds, water features, and related systems to ensure optimal operation and visual appeal.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of pond systems, including pumps, filters, aerators, and plumbing components.
- Conduct pond cleaning activities such as removing debris, algae control, and sediment management to maintain water clarity and quality.
- Monitor water levels, chemical balance, and overall system health to prevent malfunctions or environmental issues.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system conditions for ongoing assessment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance procedures.
Skills:
- Proficiency in pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemical balancing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of aquatic systems management, including filtration, aeration, and biological balance, is a plus.

Position Requirements:
* Current Driver’s License.
* No Felony's (we are bonded)
* Ability to lift, carry, and move objects 50 lbs or more.
* Ability to regularly bend, climb, squat, kneel, walk, and stand up to 6 hours per day.
* Applicant may be required to take a drug test. High School Diploma or GED.
* Applicant should be energetic, trustworthy, prompt, detailed, organized, and have a positive attitude.
Compensation: Depends on experience and skill level, between $20.00 to $30.00 per hour with room to advance.
