What You'll Be Doing
As an Administrative Specialist, you'll play an essential role in supporting our daily operations and providing outstanding service to both customers and our field team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers professionally.
- Contacting new leads and scheduling appointments.
- Maintaining customer records in QuickBooks and CRM software.
- Managing Google Calendars, appointments, and office schedules.
- Ordering office and project materials as needed.
- Supporting company leadership with reports and special projects.
- Processing payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Helping keep daily office operations organized and running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

- Experience with QuickBooks, CRM systems, or similar office software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience.
