We're looking for an energetic, creative, and people-oriented individual who loves social media just as much as connecting with customers. If you're the type of person who enjoys being on camera, creating engaging content, and helping people design beautiful spaces, we'd love to meet you.
This is an in-person position. Remote work is not available.
What You'll Do
You'll split your time between creating engaging content for our social media channels and helping customers in our showroom.
Every day is different. One moment you'll be filming a luxury living room for Instagram, the next you'll be helping a customer furnish their dream home.
Showroom Sales
- Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience
- Build relationships and confidently assist customers with furniture selection
- Learn our collections and recommend products that fit customers' needs
- Support showroom merchandising and maintain beautiful displays
- Help achieve individual and team sales goals
- Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate
Content Creation
Create engaging organic content for:
- Instagram Reels, Stories & Posts
- TikTok
- Facebook
- Pinterest
- YouTube Shorts
Content includes:
- Showroom walkthroughs
- New arrivals
- Customer favorites
- Design inspiration
- Behind-the-scenes moments
- Styling tips
- Product highlights
- Sales events
- Home staging projects
- Team culture
- Trend-driven videos
You'll be comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally about furniture, interior design, and current promotions.
Community & Influencer Outreach
- Identify local creators and influencers
- Build relationships through social media and email
- Coordinate showroom visits and collaborations
- Assist with creator events
- Track partnerships and content performance
Marketing Support
Work alongside our Digital Marketing & E-Commerce team to:
- Capture fresh content weekly
- Support new product launches
- Create content for paid advertising
- Execute monthly marketing campaigns
- Maintain a consistent luxury brand aesthetic
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with personality, energy, and confidence.
You don't need to know everything about furniture—we can teach you that.
What matters most is that you enjoy talking with people, love creating content, and are excited to grow with our brand.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Comfortable speaking on camera
- Active on Instagram and TikTok
- Experience creating Reels or short-form videos
- Basic editing skills using CapCut, Canva, or similar apps
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Passion for interior design, furniture, or luxury brands
Bonus Points
- Furniture or interior design experience
- Existing content portfolio
- Photography or videography skills
- Experience growing social media accounts
- Influencer marketing experience

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
