We're hiring immediately and if you've worked in the cleaning industry before, we'll be honest with you: Maid Brite is going to feel different.
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE:
M–F only. 8:30am–3:30pm *Full & Part Time Hours Available
You'll arrive at the office each morning, grab coffee with the team, pack your caddy, and head out to clean multiple residential homes throughout the day.
Duties include: bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. At the end of the day, you unload with your team and you're done home by mid-afternoon, every single day.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm. Both part time (15–25 hrs) and full time (30–38 hrs) positions are available.
Due to the nature of the role, you MUST have a reliable car and an valid drivers license to be considered for the position. Applicants that don't WILL NOT BE HIRED.
This is a physical, active role. You'll be on your feet all day and must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. If you like staying active and getting a workout in while earning a paycheck, this job was made for you.
PAY, BONUSES & PERKS
We pay weekly via direct deposit.
Once you're off training pay, you qualify for a $2.00/hr performance bonus on top of your base pay - ask us how to qualify in your interview. On top of that, about 70% of our clients tip regularly.
We pay you to drive between homes. Team routes use company cars.
Solo routes get mileage pay on your own vehicle. Either way, your drive time is paid time.
Additional perks include: earned PTO, sick time, a client referral bonus, and bonuses for a job well done. Uniforms, products, and all equipment are fully provided — you don't bring a thing.
TEAM CLEANING & SOLO CLEANING:
Both options are available. If you thrive in a crew, we've got a team for you. If you have prior solo cleaning experience, a car, and a valid license, you may qualify for solo routes. Set up an interview to learn more about how to qualify.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The right candidate has 1–2 years of professional residential cleaning experience (this is required to apply), a valid U.S. driver's license, their own vehicle and auto insurance, and lives within 15 miles of Methuen, MA.
You must speak fluent English, be eligible to work in the U.S., pass a background check and drug test, and have a smartphone with a data plan.
Must have reliable childcare. Due to the nature of multiple clients being scheduled in one day, same day call -outs become super difficult for us to fix. With the exceptions of emergencies, you must be able to cover your shift when you are scheduled.
Beyond the basics - we want someone who is detail-oriented, customer service minded, comfortable working in homes with pets, and genuinely takes pride in a job well done.
You work well in teams and can hold it down solo. You're reliable, hard-working, and you understand that when one of us succeeds, we all do.
