Duties:
- Read and interpret welding plans or instructions.
- Welding metal parts with MIG.
- Repair worn parts of metal products by welding additional layers.
- Operate welding machines with adjustable controls to bond metal components with weld or to fill holes, serrations and joints in metal articles.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
