Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, storage, and meal service
Support cooks and dietary staff with meal tasks
Prepare and serve snacks, salads, and beverages
Clean kitchen equipment, dining areas, and utensils
Follow food production sheets and sanitation guidelines
Wash dishes and store them properly
Ensure timely meal service and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
At least 1 year of experience in large-scale food service or kitchen operations preferred
1–2 years experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, energetic, and customer service-focused
Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
