Wine Warehouse Associate: Full Time or part time
We are a fine wine specialist and growing on-line wine company catering to wine collectors and wine storage in WEST Los Angeles looking to hire a full time or part time Warehouse Associate experienced with wine handling. Full time position is 5 days a week, Part time positions is Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10am to 6pm.
Some of the duties include, pulling orders and checking them for accuracy, receiving deliveries, packing and preparing for shipment, managing inventory, and warehouse upkeep. You will need to be punctual, with a strong work-ethic and attention to detail. You must be able to lift heavy objects, work in 55 degrees warehouse, go up and down ladders and be on your feet most of the day.
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience required.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience (do not apply if you do not have warehouse experience)
- Order picking experience required
- Experience handling wine bottles and boxes
- Proficient with Mac computer
- Inventory management
- Cycle counting
- Receiving and shipping wines
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Use ladder to access inventory
- Treat all situations with discretion and confidentiality
- Previous work experience with wine
Position has a 90 day probationary period.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
