We are expanding and are currently hiring delivery drivers from the York area to support established routes operating out of our Mount Joy, PA terminal. Pay & Schedule
Starting pay: $23.75 per hour + incentives after training period
Scheduled shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Full-time schedule with 40+ hours available each week
Overtime pay after 40 hours worked
Weekly payroll via direct deposit

Key Responsibilities
Safely complete assigned delivery routes each day
Operate company delivery vehicles responsibly and follow all safety guidelines
Maintain delivery accuracy and on-time performance
Provide professional customer interaction at residential and business delivery locations
Work safely through seasonal weather conditions
Handle packages when required (up to 50 lbs depending on route)
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Strong reliability and punctuality
Safety-focused work habits
Delivery experience is helpful but not required
