Sales Associate / Assistant Manager
Location: Lynnhaven Mall – Virginia Beach, VA
Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour + Commission
Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Mon-Sat / 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Sunday
We're looking for an energetic, fashion-forward Sales Associate/Assistant Manager to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, keeping up with the latest streetwear trends, and earning commission while providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Recommend products and build complete outfits.
- Meet individual and store sales goals.
- Process sales, exchanges, and store credit transactions.
- Receive, organize, and merchandise new inventory.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support daily store operations and help lead the team when needed
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required).
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Interest in men's fashion and current trends is a plus.
