Licensed Health Insurance Agents
If you have an active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 Insurance License, we want to hear from you! Products You'll Offer: Agents will assist customers with a variety of insurance products, including ACA (Affordable Care Act) plans, Limited Medical plans, Indemnity plans, Medicare Advantage plans, and/or Life Insurance products, depending on licensing, qualifications, and business needs. Training and support will be provided to help you become knowledgeable about the products you offer
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls only (NO COLD CALLING!)
- Assist customers in selecting the best insurance products for their needs
- Educate clients on coverage options
- Build strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 License
- Strong communication skills / Customer service mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
No License? No Problem!

This is a customer-focused position that does not require an insurance license and offers excellent earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Verify customer information
- Update billing information
- Send ID cards and policy documents
- Assist customers with account-related questions
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products
Compensation
- Weekly Pay Every Friday
- Earn up to $1,000+ per week (based on performance)
- Additional upsell commissions on top of weekly pay
Qualifications
- No insurance license required
- Customer Service/Sales experience (Required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
