Daycare Director / Enrollment Coordinator
Location: Katy, TX
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Daycare Director to join our growing childcare center in Katy, Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily childcare center operations
- Supervise teachers and staff
- Conduct parent tours and enrollment consultations
- Increase student enrollment through community outreach and marketing
- Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing requirements
- Build positive relationships with parents and families
- Coordinate after-school programs and activities
Qualifications:
- Previous childcare center management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with enrollment growth and parent engagement
- Knowledge of Texas childcare licensing regulations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
