Overview:

Responsibilities:
- · Enter all sales orders into Acumatica (ERP) and Radius (production system) with accuracy.
- · Attach required documentation to each estimate (e.g., Sales Orders, Label Estimates, Sales Tax Forms, Invoices).
- · Verify all estimate details prior to distribution, including shipping information, tracking numbers, product quantities, sales tax, and freight methods.
- · Partner with the Channel Sales Support team to review and validate sales orders for accuracy.
- · Build and maintain strong relationships with the Channel Sales Support team to support training and manage order updates.
- · Communicate effectively with team members through strong written and verbal skills.
- · Maintain a minimum of 95% accuracy in all data entry tasks.
- · Manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and incorporating constructive feedback.
