Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Jackson Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Housekeeping Department. This position plays a key role in maintaining guest room cleanliness, ensuring brand standards are met, and providing leadership and support to the housekeeping team.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Supervise and support Housekeepers, Housepersons, and Laundry Attendants.

Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.

Assist with daily room assignments and departmental operations.

Train, coach, and support team members to promote productivity and service excellence.

Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready on time.

Respond promptly to guest requests and service concerns.

Monitor housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.

Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed.

Perform housekeeping duties alongside the team when operational needs require.
- Previous housekeeping experience required.

Prior supervisory, lead, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to motivate and work effectively with a diverse team.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
