We're looking for an Entry-Level Service Technician to join our service team. Whether you're a recent trade school graduate or someone with hands-on mechanical experience, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities to help you become a professional Powersports Technician.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports vehicles.
- Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs.
- Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDIs).
- Install accessories and manufacturer-approved upgrades.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards.
- Work closely with the service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer and in-house training.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Passion for motorcycles and powersports.
- Trade school education or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Motorcycle endorsement is a plus but not required.
