Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant for a full-time on-site role working at the ActivCare Living corporate office in San Diego, CA. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, providing administrative support, handling phone communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. The role includes assisting executives with clerical tasks, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.

The Human Resources Office Assistant plays a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative functions and general office support. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and proactive.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing documentation, scheduling, and organizing resources
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting professionally with clients, team members, and external partners
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and coordinating meetings
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and strong follow-through skills
- Ability to engage with challenging customers with tact and consideration, both on the phone and in person
- Proficiency with office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Experience with employee benefit programs including open enrollment
- Experience with planning special events and celebrations
- Adept at multi-tasking, flexible, and responsive to changes when projects come up
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Experience in an office environment performing similar functions or equivalent is preferred

Estimated salary range is $25 - $30 per hour depending upon experience.
