University Center Imaging (UCI) is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Ultrasound Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. If you enjoy working in a professional outpatient environment with advanced imaging technology and a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. MUST HAVE experience performing OB/GYN and Abdominal exams. Preferred additional experience in Vascular and Breast.

What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Conduct a variety of ultrasound procedures.
- Review patient histories and ensure appropriate imaging protocols are followed.
- Accurately document examinations and communicate findings to the interpreting radiologist.
- Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures under the supervision of the radiologist.
- Maintain equipment and uphold quality assurance and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional patient care with professionalism and compassion.
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and fellow team members to provide outstanding service.
Qualifications
Required
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
- Registry credentials in:
- Physics
- Vascular
- OB/GYN and/or Abdomen
- Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience
- Experience performing OB/GYN and abdominal ultrasound exams
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
- Experience in Breast and Vascular exams
- Experience with GE ultrasound equipment
