RT Clinics is a growing mental health clinic providing outpatient psychiatric care along with advanced treatments such as TMS and esketamine (Spravato). We are looking for a motivated and reliable Medical Assistant to join our team.
No prior medical assistant experience is required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients and assisting with clinic flow
- Taking vitals and documenting basic clinical information
- Assisting providers and nursing staff during visits and treatments
- Helping with scheduling, phone calls, and front-office support as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Professional, patient-focused attitude
- Reliable attendance and good communication skills
- Clean background history
- Interest in healthcare or mental health preferred
