Located in Midtown East, Mizu Louis Licari salon is looking for TWO new color assistants to join our growing team. Must have a current NYS Cosmetology License, no exceptions.

1) Full Time position:
MUST be able to work FOUR DAYS Saturday is a Must
Flexible for AM and PM 8:30am-7:00pm (Open to official closing time).

2) Part Time (or option for Full Time position)- SALON CLOSER (After hours)
Will start at 11am or 12pm Thurs/Fri/Sat and work until 7pm-8pm (latest).
You will float between assisting style/color during the afternoon.
After 6:30pm you will take over with any remaining clients and assist any colorists/stylists who are working late. Not eligible for the apprenticeship program unless you can take on an additional day and work full time, but Thurs/Fri/Sat are mandatory. Please do not apply if you are not available on these days.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to shampooing, blow drying, assisting colorists and stylists, maintaining the cleanliness of the salon and attending to client needs.
Ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, prior experience in salons and is passionate about hair. Beauty school graduates are also encouraged to apply.
