Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school district team in San Jose, California for the upcoming school year. This full-time position will support students across 2–3 school sites with a TK–8th grade caseload of approximately 55 students.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students develop the functional skills necessary to succeed in the educational environment and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and direct services to students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skill development within the school setting
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California Occupational Therapist License required
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple campuses

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
