AGI Solutions is a sales and development firm seeking a Frontier Customer Service Associate to join our sales team in Merrillville. Since the Verizon-Frontier merger reshaped the telecom landscape, Frontier's network has become a powerhouse of connectivity, and our Frontier Customer Service Associates get to share that excitement daily to our customers.
As a Frontier Customer Service Associate, you’ll participate in training that prepares you to engage with our customers and introduce Frontier’s services with confidence. Leveraging Frontier’s presence through Verizon’s acquisition, the Frontier Customer Service Associate helps our customers discover services that enhance streaming, entertainment, remote work, and everyday connectivity.
Responsibilities of the Frontier Customer Service Associate
- Provide personalized service to our customers in person exploring Frontier’s Internet and TV services, assessing their needs for streaming, work, or entertainment.
- Drive sales by matching customers with Frontier plans that fit their streaming, browsing, and TV needs.
- Address customer concerns about Frontier’s Internet and TV services, such as speed, reliability, or channel options, with clear and patient explanations.
- Guide customers through the selection and setup process for Frontier’s services, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Boost sales performance by staying current on Frontier’s latest promotions and features, including bundled Internet and TV options.
- Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service that makes every customer is valued and confident in their choice.
Qualifications of the Frontier Customer Service Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Customer-oriented professional with a passion for creating positive service experiences.
- Ability to quickly learn through product training and apply it in sales interactions.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
