Description:
Role Description and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and repair production equipment in a timely manner.
- Reducing down time and usability improvement
- Manage data back-up cyclically and monitor regarding each individual process.
- Analyzing repetitive trouble to recurrence prevention.
- Oversees construction work in the plant.
- Load factor and insulated testing regarding individual electrical motor equipment.
- Inspect electrical equipment’s(electrical panel and generator)
- Calibrate instruments, report, prevent maintenance work.
- Inspects and checks equipment for proper operating condition, makes necessary adjustments, logs test readings, and maintains, repairs, or replaces all essential equipment parts.
- Comply with company guidelines in the areas of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, waste water, air emissions and etc…
- Performs miscellaneous maintenance duties as required.
- Follow all safety rules
Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
- Basic knowledge in electrical circuit
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and maintenance
- Lift up to 50LB
- Must be an effective learner
- Must be able to work alone and in teams
- Must be highly safety-oriented
- Ability to learn and identify tools and their proper uses.
- Ability to work under variable environmental conditions within the plant, such as: Temperature instability in sections of the plant, atmospheric conditions; including fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, vapors, or noise.
Recommended knowledge and skills:
- Read electrical drawings
- Programmable Logic Controller(PLCs) – Allen Bradley
- Hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting
- Variable frequency drives (VFDs)
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic and controls
- Installation work(wire pulling, conduit, termination of wires, and etc)
- Welding (Arc and TIG)
Additional Information:
- Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, off shift and shift rotation. Position may require on-call duty or overtime
