Duties:
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as bonders, pick and place machines, epoxy dispensers, and manual assembly tools.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of microcircuit parts, directly impacting their functionality.
Skills:
- Working with Microscope, Handling/Manipulation of Small Parts, ESD/Cleanroom, Fine motor skills, vision, steady hands & patience.
- Ability to handle small delicate IC's.
- Solder, epoxy, and wire bond small IC's under a microscope.
- Follow detailed process documentation to prepare test packages for reliability testing.
- Ability to work in an ESD room environment.
- Experience with microscopes is desired.
- Skilled hand-eye coordination is imperative for proper handling and movement of parts.

Pay: $26.40 - $40.00 per hour
