Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients’ homes, ensuring a spotless and sanitized environment. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create happy, healthy spaces for our valued customers while supporting a positive work environment.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using eco-friendly products to ensure safety and hygiene
- Maintain the cleanliness of surfaces such as countertops, appliances, and bathroom fixtures
- Use cleaning checklists while folloing our system
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physical tasks including stretching, kneeling, running a vacuum, and scrubbing showers/toilets
- Strong time management skills to complete scheduled tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation is a required, along with insurnace and a drivers license
