PreK Assistant TeacherPosition Overview: All Saints Academy seeks a caring, energetic, and faith-filled PreK Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood team. This individual will work closely with the classroom teacher to create a joyful, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where our youngest learners can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lessons and activities.Support students during classroom instruction, centers, play, and transitions.Foster a warm, welcoming, and positive classroom atmosphere.Encourage social, emotional, and spiritual growth through daily interactions.Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and maintaining a safe learning environment.Supervise students during lunch, recess, arrival, dismissal, and other school activities as assigned.Help students develop independence, problem-solving skills, and positive relationships with peers.Model Christian values of kindness, respect, patience, and compassion.Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.Qualifications: Experience working with young children is preferredAssociate's degree, CDA, or coursework in Early Childhood Education is desirableEnthusiasm for early childhood educationStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to maintain a positive, flexible, and supportive attitudeCommitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic educationIf you have a passion for working with young children and helping them discover God's love while building a strong foundation for lifelong learning, we would love to hear from you!To apply for this position, please email your resume to
