Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000 per year (based on experience)

Position Overview
The Field Supervisor oversees daily field operations, ensuring security officers perform their duties effectively and in compliance with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory standards. This role combines leadership, administrative oversight, and on-site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to monitor officer performance and ensure adherence to post orders.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to new and existing security officers.
- Develop, manage, and adjust schedules to ensure proper staffing of all posts.
- Handle officer recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention.
- Conduct payroll audits to verify hours, overtime, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Maintain strong client relations and serve as the main point of contact for site concerns.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and incident reports accurately and on time.
- Perform incident investigations, documenting details and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure officers maintain proper uniform, equipment, and conduct standards.
- Respond to emergencies and provide coverage support when needed.
- Assist with policy development and operational improvements.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and resource allocation for field operations.
- Monitor performance metrics for officers and provide feedback for improvement.
- Participate in client meetings and walkthroughs to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Coordinate special events or high-risk assignments, ensuring proper staffing and security measures.
- Maintain accurate records of training, certifications, and compliance for all officers.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Tennessee Armed Security License.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the security industry preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple client sites.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in report writing, scheduling software, and mobile communication tools.
