Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
1099 Independent Contractor | Hybrid (Telehealth & In-Person) | Connecticut
Join a Growing, Collaborative Mental Health Practice
We are an established and rapidly growing outpatient behavioral health practice providing high-quality psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, and nutrition services throughout Connecticut.
We're intentionally building something different—a collaborative, relationship-focused behavioral health practice where providers are supported, valued, and have the opportunity to grow alongside the organization.
Our team is known not only for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care, but also for our commitment to exceptional patient access. We pride ourselves on responding promptly to referrals, minimizing wait times, and helping patients access care when they need it most. If you value clinical excellence, teamwork, and creating an outstanding patient experience, we'd love to meet you.
As our practice continues to grow, we are excited to launch an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in the coming months, creating additional opportunities for providers interested in being part of a comprehensive continuum of behavioral health care.
Whether you're an experienced provider or looking for your first position after certification, we welcome applicants who are passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered psychiatric care.
