We are currently seeking an eager, motivated individual for a new role. We are looking for candidates who are committed, coachable, and able to strictly follow rules and regulations. The ideal candidate should possess mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new processes quickly, a foundational understanding of warehouse functions, and a positive attitude with a high level of adaptability. While we value experience, we are focusing on personality and potential; we will provide ongoing training to get the right person up to speed. Please note that it typically takes 3 months to learn the processes and up to 6 years to fully qualify and comprehend all day-to-day operations.
- Maintain and operate liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment.

Perform minor inspections and preventive maintenance on gas/chemical equipment.

Conduct daily rounds, including recording readings, completing safety inspections, monitoring online systems, and performing chemical tote/drum and gas cylinder change-outs.

Monitor and execute correct liquid bulk delivery and trailer transfer procedures.

Provide initial evaluations and obtain assistance for technical problem situations.

Serve as an active member of the Emergency Response Team.

Complete TGCM Tech 5 local OJT and qualification requirements within 12 months.

Participate in safety, training, and operations programs.

Support the training of TGCM contractors as needed.

Comply with all HS&E Standards (PPE, Forklift Operations, Lock Out/Tag Out, Confined Space Entry, etc.).

Perform minor analytical and sampling procedures.

Oversee hazardous waste handling, including proper transfer, documentation, labeling, and spill response procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Electro-mechanical aptitude and self-motivation to learn.

Ability to abide by stringent safety and quality rules.

Aptitude for problem-solving in emergency or high-stress situations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs.

Ability to stand or walk for up to 11 hours per day.

Ability to operate a hydraulic foot pump for 55-gallon drums.

Capacity for constant bending and wearing a respirator as required.
