Join a fast-paced cardiology clinic that serves approximately 150 patients daily. As a Registration Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience. You will support registration, scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and customer service functions that help keep clinic operations running smoothly while supporting timely patient care and accurate reimbursement.

Register patients and maintain accurate demographic and insurance information

Verify insurance coverage and eligibility

Schedule appointments and manage patient flow

Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately

Collect payments and explain charges and clinic policies as needed

Collaborate closely with medical assistants, nurses, and providers to support clinic operations

Ensure accurate documentation to maximize reimbursement and support positive clinical outcomes
Within 3 Months

Independently perform patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and check-in/check-out processes with minimal assistance

Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information
