About the Role:
Join CBRE as a Facilities Coordinator supporting a leading global consumer products organization on a large multi-building campus in Hackettstown, NJ. What You'll Do:
Coordinate facility operations across multiple buildings and serve as a key contact for various site stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships, service requests, and contractor activities to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Track, assign, and close work orders while maintaining accurate documentation and service records.
Conduct routine safety audits and support compliance initiatives across the campus.
Serve as a spotter for working-at-heights activities and help reinforce safe work practices.
Order and maintain inventory of facility supplies and operational materials.
Validate and update asset information to ensure accurate facility records.
Collect, organize, and maintain reports, proposals, vendor documentation, and performance metrics.
Support building operations by monitoring maintenance activities, waste management, and other facility services.
Respond to occupant and stakeholder inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED required.
Up to 2 years of facilities, operations, administrative, maintenance coordination, or related experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience coordinating vendors, work orders, service requests, or facility-related activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through.
Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
Ability to work onsite full-time in Hackettstown, NJ.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
