KITCHEN MANAGER — LAS COLINAS Scratch Kitchen | Sports Bar | $55,000/year We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who knows how to run a kitchen without making everyone miserable. We’re a busy, scratch-kitchen sports bar in Las Colinas with a great staff, a fun atmosphere, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We take the food seriously — but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. What We’re Looking For We need a hands-on Kitchen Manager who can: ● Lead and motivate a kitchen team ● Maintain consistency, quality, cleanliness, and organization ● Manage prep, ordering, inventory, and food cost ● Build and maintain an efficient schedule ● Train and develop cooks ● Handle busy game days and high-volume services ● Jump on the line when the team needs help ● Communicate well with both BOH and FOH ● Help maintain a positive, respectful kitchen culture The Right Person You don’t need to be a fine-dining chef. You do need to care about good food, organization, your staff, and doing things the right way. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, calm under pressure, easy to work with, and understands that the best kitchens are run through leadership and teamwork — not screaming and ego.
