General store manager is the front runner in the daily business operations of the store including training and supervising employees, interacting with customers, scheduling employees in a timely manner, managing inventory levels and handling any other task involving customer service, paperwork and the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services

Process POS (point of sale) purchases

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Comply with inventory control procedures

Data entry to maintain store inventory in the back office computer system

Understanding store equipment

Maintaining store cleanliness, inventory and safey of employees and customers
Skills & Qualifications

Store management experience

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Proficiency in English

Basic Math skills

Cash Management

Hands-on experience with POS transactions

Familiarity with inventory procedures
