What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail customers
- Educate customers about our products and services
- Assist with packing & processing shipments
- Operate copiers, fax machines, binding & laminating equipment
- Help customers with Notary Public services (training provided)
- Support day-to-day store operations and work as part of a team

Qualifications:
Friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor
Positive energy and attitude
Great listening and communication skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Strong computer and internet skills
Previous customer service/retail sales experience
Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient in Basic Math Skills
High school diploma or GED
Willing and qualified to become a Notary Public in the State of North Dakota
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
