HELP WANTED – FULL-TIME MANAGERFrontier Liquor – Zimmerman, MN
Frontier Liquor is looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced Full-Time Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable taking responsibility, and can help keep the store running smoothly when the owner is not there. This is a hands-on management position, so you will be working directly with customers and employees while also helping oversee the day-to-day operation of the store.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supervising and working alongside employees
- Opening and/or closing the store
- Handling cash and daily store procedures
- Stocking and keeping the store clean and organized
- Receiving and checking in deliveries
- Assisting with inventory and product ordering
- Helping train and manage employees
- Handling customer or employee issues professionally
- Making sure daily tasks are completed and the store is running properly
We are looking for someone who:
- Is dependable and shows up when scheduled
- Has strong customer service and people skills
- Is organized and able to work independently
- Is comfortable being in charge and making decisions
- Has previous retail, management or supervisory experience
- Is willing to work some evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Is looking for a long-term position and wants to be an important part of a small, locally owned business
Liquor store experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider someone with strong retail or management experience from another industry.
This is not a position for someone who wants to stand behind a counter and wait for the day to be over. We want someone who sees what needs to be done and gets it done, takes care of our customers, supports the employees, and treats the business like it matters.
