What You’ll Be Doing
- Knocking doors and meeting homeowners
- Setting roof inspection appointments
- Helping homeowners through the insurance process
- Climbing roofs and performing inspections
- Customer follow up
- Managing your leads
- Learn sales skills from experienced team members
Compensation
100% Commission
Average reps: $75,000-$150,000+
Top reps: $250,000
Your income is based on your results - the more you produce, the more you earn.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
