Key Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Support surgeons by preparing the cardiovascular operating room and ensuring all required instruments and supplies are sterile and available
- Assist with patient positioning, surgical site maintenance, and intraoperative monitoring
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations throughout the surgical process
- Monitor and account for surgical tools and materials before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support seamless, high-quality patient care
- Accurately document patient and procedural details according to facility standards
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve equipment or supply issues as needed
