As an employee with ITR Community Behavioral Health Services you will be an integral member of the team. The ITR model promotes teamwork, collaboration, and dedication to the individuals and families that we serve. As a member of the team, you will find innovative ways to support the children, families, and individuals that we serve.
You will provide appropriate substance abuse and mental health treatment services to participants. As the participant's therapist, you may also provide counsel to the participant’s caregivers and/or family members to assist them in coping with and providing support for the identified participant.
In addition, you will participate in monthly treatment team meetings and clinical staffing's to evaluate the condition of and treatment effectiveness for the participant.
Also, you will be responsible for completion of required paperwork and documentation. Prepare periodic and special reports relating to work activities and project progress. All documentation must be Medicaid compliant.
