Job Description:
We are seeking an organized, creative, and results-driven person to lead the company's marketing efforts. This position is responsible for managing social media, email marketing, website content, advertising, customer engagement, catalogs, trade shows, influencer partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing many projects simultaneously, and capable of both creating content and analyzing marketing performance.
Position Summary
This person is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking all marketing activities for our client. This role combines creative content development, digital marketing, graphic design, project management, customer engagement, and performance analysis.
They will collaborate with company leadership, customer service, hatchery operations, and external vendors to support company growth and strengthen our client's brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media content, scheduling, engagement, and growth.
- Create and distribute customer and internal email newsletters.
- Update website content, blogs, graphics, reviews, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate advertising, influencer partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, SEO, website traffic, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate trade show materials, catalogs, merchandise, and promotional items.
- Support new product launches and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing projects and collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
