Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile carpenter to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. This role is perfect for a motivated professional with a strong background in various facets of carpentry, construction, and restoration industries. As a Skilled carpenter, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality craftsmanship across diverse projects, from remodeling and repairs to new construction and specialized restoration work. Responsibilities
- Execute a wide range of carpentry tasks including trim, frame, metal stud framing, cabinet installation, door hanging, and flooring installation with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively to complete construction and restoration projects.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project requirements.
- Perform concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, roofing, siding, stucco application, and masonry tasks as needed.
- Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, moldings, water damage restoration components, and other building elements with accuracy.
- Conduct heavy lifting and assist with demolition or remodeling activities while adhering to safety protocols.
- Support water damage remediation, mold remediation, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and other specialized restoration services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site; ensure all safety standards are followed diligently.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues on-site; adapt quickly to project changes or unexpected challenges.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, drywall finishing (plastering), roofing, siding installation, and flooring installation.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, scaffolding setup, and metal stud framing.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for various construction tasks.
- Background in concrete forming, masonry work including bricklaying or stonework; water damage restoration or mold remediation experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the restoration industry standards; experience in fixture installation or cabinetry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of schematics for electrical or plumbing systems; ability to support electrical or plumbing tasks as needed.
- Prior involvement in manufacturing or assembly environments related to construction components is advantageous.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting; ability to work at heights or in confined spaces when required.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
